Throughout the course of each issue, I write a few articles about costume related issues, editorials, how-to's on interesting and informative topics. While some issues have a distinct 'theme' others are just full of hints and tips gaterhed in response to feed back on previous issues, e-mail responses and questions.

Indian Style Costume using Sari Fabric

India-esque Stylings:

Elaborately embroidered choli with shisha mirror work, applique and braid. The belt is less elaborate, with shi-sha embroidery in a geometeric pattern with an edge of coins and chainette fringe. The skirt is made from a lovely sari fabric with an elaborate boarder pattern. A fittend choli is an excellent alternative for dancer with large bust who wants more support and coverage than a traditional bra can provide.
